Warranty Policy
At MultiSolution Technologies, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty on most items. This Warranty Policy explains the terms and conditions of our warranty, as well as what is and is not covered.
Scope of Warranty
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase for USB flash drives and Memory Cards, and a period of 2 years for SSDs, HDDs, RAMs, and Ixpand flash drives. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Exclusions and Limitations
Our warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product. It also does not cover issues that arise from improper installation or maintenance. In order to make a claim, the product must not be physically damaged or altered or modified, and the original product packaging and all components and accessories inside must be returned.
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty, please contact us at support@mstpk.com or 0092-334-1456000 to initiate the claim process. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. The shipping charges of sending the defective product back to us are the responsibility of the buyer.
If we determine that the product is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable product as a replacement.
Disclaimers
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by MultiSolution Technologies. It replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall MultiSolution Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the sale or use of the product.
